The Squaw Creek Hunt Club headquarters is located less than one mile west of the Squaw Creek National Wildlife Refuge near Mound City, Missouri and offers the following amenities to club members and their guests.
  Memberships Includes Unlimited Use and Access to the Following:

  Unlimited Fall Waterfowl Hunting

Locations Include:

  • flooded cornfield with pit blinds
  • pit blinds in Missouri River bottoms located less than 1 mile from Southwest corner of Squaw Creek National Wildlife Refuge

– blinds provided – layout ground blinds, duck blinds, pit blinds

– field hunting (ducks, Canada geese, snow geese)

– all equipment provided – duck decoys, full body Canada decoys (Avery & Bigfoot)

– guided, semi-guided, and unguided hunts – duck, Canada and snow goose hunts
 Unlimited Spring Snow Goose Hunting

– conservation action spring snow goose hunting in the Mound City, Missouri area and Squaw Creek NWR

– all equipment provided – Sillosocks, full body snow goose decoys by Avery, shell decoys (Avery, Bigfoot, Flambeau), Vortex machines, Sillosock flyers, Avery, Rogers, & Cabela’s layout ground blinds

Big Whitetails In Nebraska – AJ Scores A Nice Mid-140s

Congrats to AJ on his first Nebraska Trophy Whitetail. He stop this buck with a perfectly place shot at just over 150yds. When AJ squeezed the trigger on his .300 WM the buck dropped straight to the ground. His shot had connected and taken off the top of the heart.

Firearm– 22  caliber or larger with minimum of 900 ft lbs. energy at 100 yds. and 357 magnum  rifles and 45 colt rifles, and shotguns 20 gauge or larger with single  projectile and handguns with minimum of 400 ft lbs at 50  yds.

Muzzleloader Permits -45 caliber or larger with single  projectile.

Archery Permits – Arrows must have sharpened points with  a minimum of 9/16 cutting radius.

Spear – Handthrown/Atlatl

Shooting Hours:

30 minutes before sunrise  to 30 minutes after sunset

Merganser Bag/Possession Limits: The daily bag for  mergansers is five, which may

include no more than two hooded mergansers.  Mergansers do not count toward the daily

bag and possession limits for other  ducks. The possession limit is twice the daily bag limit.

Coot Daily Bag/Possesion Limit: The daily bag for coots is  15. The possession limit is

twice the daily bag limit.
